We only spent 4 days ovrethere , and we must admit that everything was perfect. Pool was 27degres heated, a dream in juanary, we also enjoyed the room which was very clean. Staff is almost presentS to give you a help. We had meals at noon on the terrasse , in front of the pool. The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second. At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you. We do recommand highly this - POINSART

Amazing place that suited our needs! Very family friendly, helpful staff, luxury without being too posh or cold! Food, food, food as well as drink - all inclusive! We were treated so kindly and so were my children. There is a kids club for young children and babies as well as spa and tons of activities for adults too. Shuttle to and from medina although everything you need is right at the hotel and you could just pamper yourself and never leave too. - Missy
