    We stayed 2 nights with room and breakfast. The room and bathroom were large with all the amenities needed. The buffet breakfast offered an extensive choice and was also very well presented. The restaurant staff was plentiful but seemed disinterested in serving the guests. However the front desk staff and bellmen were very helpful with great perso... what people say » nalities. Furthermore, I forgot my passport in the room safe and Fatima-ez-hra (the front office manager) saved the day by immediately shipping it to - The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and for the kids to play. Rooms are spacious and with luxury level on the details. The hotel is 10 min away from the medina by taxi. The staff is friendly and very professional. Food is offered as buffet or as standard menu on the two available restaurants. The quality of both is exceptional.

    We booked this riad based on the strength of it's reviews and were not disappointed. The riad is beautiful, with rooms set around a courtyard and was a relaxing retreat after the heat and bustle of the Medina. We were made to feel incredibly welcome by everyone there who couldn't have done more to help us enjoy our stay - even offering mint tea ... what people say » and biscuits whenever we came back from the town. The breakfasts in the riad were delicious and there was no shortage of food - fruit salad, egg, panc - The service was excellent with all the staff, especially the Manager Corinne, all very helpful with great suggestions and tips on where to go and how to get around. Gorgeous interior, great meals, awesome hammam and massage treatments, going the extra mile to call taxis, confirm reservations, etc. Felt like our stay was completely personalized for us (a 30something couple) but also saw other guests with young children, adult mom & daughter, etc. Everyone seemed to be having an equally great

    Ambres et Epices was fabulous in every way, Patrice and his staff looked after us beautifully. This is the perfect place to stay to visit Marakkech and experience Morocco.     Just married, we were looking for an exclusive stay in Marrakech for a week. This Riad was a real blast. In the medina, it's a piece of heaven. My wife really felt like a princess. The riad is beautiful in every details. The decoration of our room suffers no approximation. Service was great : discreet and attentive.     The location is great and very close to new city and a 20 minute walk to Medina & Jamal Fna Sq. We paid 250 Dirhams from the airport (rak) to hotel which was total rip off as we paid 50 Dirhams when we returned. Beware of taxi's as the hotel is only 10 minutes ride. There was a mini fridge in the room, we bought drinks which was grea - Its a traditionell arabic hotel with the traditionell arabic friendlyness and service. There is no alcohol and no smoking in the hotel and its all about serving the guest and making him feel like at home. We loved this hotel and especcially his employees. Tho hotel is near to many sight seeings and nice places and the pool is big enough to do a good swimm, great hotel for a good price, we loved it.

The hotel although a modern building had lots of traditional mooriish style fitments...i.e. lovely wooden decorated ceilings,, carved doors and patterned tile floors.     The hotel is a must for any art deco fan. The attention to detail is incredible. All the staff are friendly & helpful. The Hammam & massage were a wonderful antidote to the chaotic souk. The food served was also excellent throughout our stay (breakfast) and we ate twice at night at the magnificent first level terrace (same as for the breakfast even though the roof top terrace is also available).     Annabel and Pierre have a lovely spot at Casa Lalla. Annabel was wonderful in answering all of our questions beforehand. They arranged for 2 shuttles to the Riad, since we were arriving separately from two different countries. The Riad is beautiful and since it was off season we had much of it to ourselves quite often. The restaurant was a special treat with gorgeous French cuisine. The location is perfect; close enough to the medina to walk there easily but far enough away to be a quiet retreat.

    There are many things that we really liked, here is a basic list: 1. Location: The riad is 15mins drive from the airport. The taxi can drop you at the doorstep unlike many other Riads which are located in the narrow lanes of the Medina and have to be reached on foot. Which can prove to be an overwhelming experience when you have just arrived in th... what people say » e city! It is also located perfectly to explore the city from either on foot or by taxi. 2. Staff: The staff at the Riad is very friendly and went all - The Riad is very nice, we had a nice breakfast every morning and got an upgrade of our room for free. The room had aircon, was cleaned everyday and the bathroom is perfect. The swimming pool is small, but if you just want to cool down it's a perfect size! I would absolutely recommend it. It's a ten minute walk from the 'Jema el fnaa' square in a quiet neighborhoud.

    A nice reception, where the staff showed us around. We stayed in the budget rooms and were pleasantly surprised. The room was small but fine establishments with comfortable bedding. Wonderful terrace with small area that became our own. There was breakfast ready for us every morning. The breakfast was good and fresh. The staff suited up and talked... what people say » with us as often as they had time. Stunning decor throughout the riad. The riad was a haven to return to after excursions and shopping. We will retur - Very friendly staff and most had good levels of English speaking, only a couple had limited English but this was not a problem, plenty of staff on hand to help and assist for anything, really nice riad with traditional features, lots of seating areas inside and outside on the roof terrace, 2 different outdoor pools and plenty on sun beds as well. Food in the hotel was good, bar service was good as well offer beer and wine and soft drinks. Breakfast was good and enjoyed this everyday. Standard r
