  For those of you that found Eden Andalou Hotel & Resort not satisfactory, I would like to say that it is as good as it possibly can get in Marrakech. It is clean, rooms are spacious, there are several bars and restaurants and the service is GOOD! Be aware that it is located a 15 minute drive away from the city in the countryside, but the hotel... what people say » offers free shuttle bus for guests to and from the city from the morning until 8.30 PM. - Very good family room, stylishly designed hotel. Kids club staff very good and enthusiastic. Waiting staff attentive, check in staff friendly. Very quiet at night so excellent sleep. Hotel very clean. Having heating in the room was very welcome as it dropped to 10 degrees when we were there.

  The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. - Superb customer service from the moment you step through the door. Fantastic welcome tour by guest relations staff.

  Very nice riad. Rooms were very clean and airy. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Only downsides were you had to pay to use the jacuzzi ( when do you ever have to pay? Anywhere? ) and the noise traveled easily between the rooms. I am told all riads lack privacy and this wasn't a big issue for us ( group of mates). Tho I have had been in... what people say » a couple it would have been slightly awkward! All in all nice place, well decorated with good staff - Good value for money! - The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. The Riad is like a little haven of peace and tranquility. It is perfectly situated in terms of being able to walk everywhere and you get a real feel of living in Marrakesh amongst the local people. We were travelling with our two weenage children and there was enough at the Riad to keep them occupied as well as being incredibly relaxing for us. Definately would reccomend Riad Vendome

  Absolutely loved everything; staff very friendly (from cleaners to concierge), rooms spotlessly clean and comfortable, breakfast was lovely, everything in the hotel top class; spa and gym and rooftop and perfect location, far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to stroll into. Everybody was friendly including the manager, the girls at the reception; Lamya, kawther and others, as well as the guys who work in the restaurant whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. All in all I had a very relaxing time so I extended my stay for t - We only spent 4 days ovrethere , and we must admit that everything was perfect. Pool was 27degres heated, a dream in juanary, we also enjoyed the room which was very clean. Staff is almost presentS to give you a help. We had meals at noon on the terrasse , in front of the pool. The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second. At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you.   The layout of the hotel was amazing, a lot of choir where to stay. The pool and hot tub and design of the surrounding area was phenomenal. The pictures online just didn't do it justice. The vibe at night of everyone drinking and eating by the pool we really nice. All in all a really good place for how cheap it was. It even had an outside - we enjoyed staying in our luxury tent and it was relaxing in the garden and in the pool. we wanted to get away from the medina for a few days and relax and it was perfect for that.

  The location is fantastic, 5min walk from the Jamaa el Fna. The hotel is beautiful, spacious and the rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious. The service is amazing, everyone is friendly, helpful and they went out of their way to ensure we were happy.   This stunning riad is 2 minutes from the big square, Jma el Fenaa. It truly is luxurious, beautiful and has so much attention to detail such as personalized robes and towels, fresh flowers and carefully laid petals, which make the stay unforgettable. I would definitely agree with all the positive feedback given and would without question stay her... what people say » e again. Ofcourse, here you will find a warren of alleys, sometimes not as well lit, but completely safe as we were two women, sometimes getting back - By spa, I am thinking of the hammam. Perfect place to stay, near to the centre and yet very quiet in the Riad itself. Spotlessly clean throughout and generally everything is kept to a very high standard. I can't speak highly enough of the staff....they were so very very helpful and everything was done with a genuine smile. My husband was ill while we were there (nothing to do with food in the Riad I might add) and had to have a day of medical care. I can't believe the help we got from all of th
