Location of the hotel, very pleasnat and helpful staff. Nice, good location and very friendly staff. Setting of hotel and proximity to Old Town. Very nice. gardens, staff, location. We found many members of staff extremely courteous and helpful. The amenities were excellent, but I feel if you are staying in such a hotel the spa should be accessible without additional cost. The breakfast was copious and delicious, with friendly helpful staff who served coffee and tea in record time. The pool area was well organised, and the pool temperature, though quite "fresh" was perfect.
