I liked everything about this Riad. It was exactly what I needed. Close to the Madina but not inside which meant I knew where I was at all times.

Wa had a wonderfull stay in the riad. It was our first trip in Morroco and Fes and it was a real pleasure to stay in this riad which is well situated, in the medina and not far from an entrance (Bab Boujloud) which helps you not to get lost ! The reception and the rooms of the hotel are very nice and well decorated, in a local style, and the atmosphere is very warm.

Getting to the BnB is a bit confusing, as is anything in the entire medina, but we gave 2€ to a man who carried our bags and escorted us to Dar Tarhya. The staff was incredibly friendly and greeted us with Moroccon whiskey, which we unfortunately could not take because of our rush for our tour of fes. The room was exellent, big, clean, with high ceilings. If you like to visit the music festival then this riad is a very good choice. If you dont like music stay away from it because every night in the neigboring garden there is loud soufi music until 00.30.

The friendlyness of the staff is incredible. I have never before experienced a warmness like this before, as if you are coming home with friends. My friend was sick wenn we arrived and was taken care of immediately. Sakina and Hussein bought him medication, for which they did not want to get any money. They boiled him rice and did not charge, etc. These are lovely people. And the Riad is a nice place. An oasis of calm in the hectic of a Moroccan city.

Receptionist was lovely. She made a special effort to have breakfast available early for us and another couple who were catching an early train to Marrakech.

knowledgeable, took me to a local hammam, arranged a henna for me. The
riad itself is a hidden gem, indeed - luxurious rooms, well maintained
and perfectly clean. Royal suite highly recommended, but all rooms have

when you arrive at R'cif Square which were perfect, and made it
much easier to find. I arrived in Fez at night, and I was harassed on
the street by a guy who followed me the whole way and kept calling me

Great place to stay! The rooms are nice (a bit dim but it really gives you the feeling of being in a riad) and they have the best showers. Ben, the host, is also one of the coolest guys you'll ever meet. He arranged a free ride for us from the train station and helped us get a guide for the medina.
