I liked everything about this Riad. It was exactly what I needed. Close to the Madina but not inside which meant I knew where I was at all times.
It is within 2 min walk to the
Blue Gate and close enough to walk to the brand new mall in the new city. If that's not enough

Wa had a wonderfull stay in the riad. It was our first trip in Morroco and Fes and it was a real pleasure to stay in this riad which is well situated, in the medina and not far from an entrance (Bab Boujloud) which helps you not to get lost ! The reception and the rooms of the hotel are very nice and well decorated, in a local style, and the atmosphere is very warm.

Getting to the BnB is a bit confusing, as is anything in the entire medina, but we gave 2€ to a man who carried our bags and escorted us to Dar Tarhya. The staff was incredibly friendly and greeted us with Moroccon whiskey, which we unfortunately could not take because of our rush for our tour of fes. The place is beautiful and has a great homey feel, our room was so cute and comfy as well. Younnes, one of the staff, was even so nice enough to give us some history of Fes and Morocco, and escort

The owner and the lady-manager (Hind) were extremely nice and
accommodating. They gave us several good dining suggestions, we could
order some excellent pastries through them. The parrot was a charm. Wifi
works well and can be accessed from the rooms. Breakfasts varied from
day to day and included Moroccan specialties. -

The riad is very well situated - just next to Bab bu Jaloude. The interiour is very beautiful, richly decorated - a peaceful place, where you want to come back every time you get tired of crowded and loud medina. The staff is helpful. They serve the best breakfasts in Marocco. Meeting the boss is a must :) I strongly recommend this riad. -

The room was exellent, big, clean, with high ceilings. If you like to visit the music festival then this riad is a very good choice. If you dont like music stay away from it because every night in the neigboring garden there is loud soufi music until 00.30.
