  I stayed with my family in a two bedroom suite. we reached the place earlier than the hotel's check in time yet we weren't asked to pay extra bucks for the early check in,which was what we all expected at first; plus our room was made available in just a few minutes after we have confirmed our booking. Everyone in the hotel is friendly that you c... what people say » ould feel a very positive ambiance the moment you step in to the lobby. Our suite was on the 3rd floor and was really really lovely! Only that you'll - Loved how the staff weren't intrusive but were kind and efficient in their service. We had our airline tickets printed - as offered by the front office, free of charge. The cookware and utensils were sufficient, making it feel like home. Check in and check out was quick and fast. The location was great as the bus station is just around the corner along with the grocery that had everything you wanted. Also, on our first day we had trouble with the electrical outlets of the room, the maintenance

  We just spent two nights here and we wish it had been more.. Loved the room the moment we walked into it.. The staffs were extremely helpful and friendly.. The romantic dinner by the plunge pool was delightful and scored perfect marks.. The welcoming-looking indoor pool was very destressing.. The bed was superbly comfortable.. The villa with a tin... what people say » y balcony overlooking the greenery, and the room was adequate in size, had everything you could want and it was tastefully decorated.. The walk around - Great Place. I've spent part of my honeymoon in this place. I've really enjoyed the privacy & comfort of the villas. The staff are really friendly and amazing. The swimming pool was really nice Recommended for any short getaway vacation. Plus, It is really in a well-served area (huge mall next to it)

  Great location; in bukit bintang, all mAjor malls within walking distance.monorail station is 5 minute walk. Comfortable rooms with basic kitchenette(microwave/electric stove). Petronas can be reached in 15 min by monorail. Staff is efficient. Taxis are also easily available at street at all times.there is pool/ gym and spa facility. They made the effort to make my one night stay comfortable. They arranged a plastic chair for showering purposes as I am an amputee. The room had plenty of space for the use of a wheel chair. The hotel was close to the Pavilion Mall which was Ideal for me.

  A good hotel close to kl Sentral with communication to klia or to the city (I.E. klcc). You could easily walk to the station from the hotel. However, not with your heavy luggage. We had a nice suite with two rooms and a kitchen on the eigth floor facing the pool. The rooms were good but the cleaning could (as always) have been better. The pool are... what people say » a was good but the music at was annoying. We asked them to turn down the volume several times and they did but after 10-15 minutes the volume was back - Rooms are really spacious. The twin room is actually room with 2 queen-size beds, so it easily accommodated 2 adults with 2 kids. The pool is very nice, with a smaller pool for kids. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from KL Sentral, and on the way you can see an oldtown coffee restaurant. Hotel provided free shuttle to KLCC, but not too many. When I asked the customer service, it says there is no need to book the shuttle, and the rule is early arrival early served, but when I arrived 10 minutes earlier
