  Staff was well trained and good english speaking staff. Liked the location of the hotel as it was located outside the city. Good place to stay for honeymoon. Out of all above, I did a mistake when doing my reservation in this hotel through letsbookhotel.com. I have booked Putarjaya and KL shangri-la both on the same dates. But actually I wanted to... what people say » stay in Putarjaya. Once I came home only I realized due to some reason my cancellation for KL hasn't been gone through the system. So I called letsbo - Since our rooms were not ready on time we were offered free a la carte dinner while the very courteous and helpful staff, in particular Sven! did their best to find another suitable room for us. They found another room within 45 minutes. So all was well for us. However, on top of that, we were offered a night in the Presidential Suite! How amazing is that!

  Second time I've spend some days in this wonderfull hotel. Next tima if I go to Kuala Lumpur I definittely will use this friendly hotel with excellent cousin :) - value for money for 5 stars hotel. I got cheaper price trough letsbookhotel.com. The pool and facilities are suitable for family. The foods are excellent.

  We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the comforts offered. The breakfast buffet was more like a mid-day meal there was so much choice. There are principly three restaurants offering a large selection. The rooms are large with ensuite bath and shower facilities. There are always staff on hand to help or guide. The Monorail is a 5 minute walk ... what people say » and takes you to the centre. - The staff in Sheraton is just amazing, a front desk agent who remembers your name upon arrival (I visit the hotel last in July 2013) and they treat you as a human and you can feel it’s a sincere and honest way, rather than the “I have to do” attitude because "I am told to do". Rao and Nick on the front desk are just excellent and very professional. Keep it up…

  The hotel is situated in a great safe location, 10 mins walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, 1 min walk to the Monorel Station that connects well with the KL Central Station and the airport train from there - Nice pool, excellent exercise room. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite that was spacious. First class staff throughout.

Keeps pointing to a map with no links when directed from the parent group's website.

  We booked Superior room and requested for connecting rooms but due to non availabity, the hotel staff upgraded our room without additional charge. It's close proximity to shopping, eatery and airport. My kids love the pool and bicycle which is available to guests. Almost all the time we stayed here, we got a room upgrade.
