  staff was very helpfull and i appreciate they give them best to us..especialy eriq. - The staffs were generall friendly but lack of information for placesand not very willing to look up the internet for it. Felt helpless inthat sense.

  everything, staff extremely helpful and polite. Food and service in chatz wonderful. Breakfast just amazing wish I had a bigger stomach to try it all. Sorry didn't read the reviews as a friend recommended hotel. - Excellent location and comfort for a relatively reasonable price

The security guys helped make me feel safe and the taxi service stand was again always h - I loved the hotel and their staff were very friendly and helpful .. even the securitys were friendly and helped us with the taxi .. we booked one bedroom suit and it was clean and well equipped kitchenette .. I loved the bathroom it felt like home.. The a/c was perfect so when u return to ur suit u well forget about the humidity outside, the breakfast was delicious and healthy but needed more variety and more vegetables ( tomatos, cucumbers, olives, lettuce, carrots) ect.. :) the wifi is good b

  We were on holiday with my sister and both rooms were upgraded from doubles to deluxe suites with fantastic views and super-fast wi-if. The staff are very professional, the food was ok and they have a well equipped gym. It is also a 2 min walk from Berjaya Times Square, 5 mins from Sungei Wang and Low Yat and about 10 mins from Pavillion, Starhill... what people say » and Fahrenheit 88. There is also a fantastic little bar across the street called Flash (big up to the owner Thomas!). - Big Hotel, 27 floors with 4 lifts. Excellent fully equiped gym of 3 Treadmills, 2 crosstrainers 3 bikes and full set of dumbells along with various specific bodypart exercise equipment. Nice pool but bit small to seriously swim. Rooms are great, big size with large windows, Stayed 814 then shifted to 1203 which was suite upgrde with seperate King bedroom off sitting room. All 4 star fittings and facilities.

I like the cleanness of the room - Excellent location. 2 minutes walk to the elevated walkway which connects Pavilion Mall to Petronas towers and KLCC. The back exit from hotel connects to Bukit Bintang. Side exit connects into Karyaneka. Breakfast is excellent. We got upgraded to 10th floor royale club room which had great views of Petronas towers. Rooms are luxury comfortable, beautifully furnished. Wide choice of food in the hotel and in the nearby Pavilion Mall. Concierge helped us with booking for day tours to Elephant San
