  Love it!10 Stars hotel!!! Outstanding. One of the best hotel I have ever stayed. 1) Check in/Check out: staff is very professional/customer oriented. During the check in they even provide a massage.Welcome drink. 2) Staff: Friendly, fast, extremely customer oriented, always pending for guest needs. You will never need to ask things more than once... what people say » . They consider everything you already said/commneted you like and dont. Excelent English and attention on the phone. 3) Swimming pool: AWESOME. Even - My wife and I had the most relaxing and amazing vacation at the Danna. From the minute you check in till check out, the hotel staff are extremely attentive and always approachable. It was my wifes birthday and the entire hotel staff including housekeeping made her day extremely special, from suprising her at breakfast and decorating our room with balloons and cake. My wife and I travel almost every fourth night all over the world and stay only at 5 star hotels. Danna really impressed us with

  It was the best hotel and resort i stayed in during my visit to malaysia, truly a luxurious experience, starting from check in to check out, they were very friendly and helpful, the resort was modernly designed , amazing sea view from our balcony , such a relaxing place, the view from the pool was breath taking, the breakfast in the morning was ... what people say » royal ! enjoyed every moment of my stay, i would definitely recommend it for any1 who want the full luxurious experience! - The buffet breakfast is one of the best in comparison to many 5 star hotels that I have stayed at. Very fresh, excellent variety, really amazing all around. The bed is extremely comfortable, the swimming pool is absolutely beautiful. There were a couple of minor instances that I had to raise my concern about, however the Guest Relations Manager (Jana Zahranova) was very courteous, professional and helpful. I can only highly recommend the Westin Langkawi.

  Amazing location - it's far away from other hotels (except Datai) in one of the most wonderful seashore I've ever seen, a lot of green around so as you live like in the wild tropical forest with beautiful sea-view. A lot of animals that live really in front of hotel but they all are really friendly to you (monkeys, geckos, beautiful birds, squirel... what people say » ls, flying lemurs etc). Restaurants are very goo (especially Fish restsurant with a very fresh seafood that local fishermans bring there 3 times a wee - -Local staff is extremely friendly, and they work well together as a team. They even know details about our personal preferences, which is the kind of service that money cannot buy.
