  -Great location by the lake -most convenient if participating in water activities & events -able to view fireworks display from the comfort of my room -staffs were friendly & obliging (Syed of security, Farah of customer service) -plenty of plug points in the room -plenty of storage spaces in the room -lovely designs of hotel's buildings &... what people say » amp; rooms -the surau was big comfortable convenient -plenty of nooks and corners for hanging out -facilties and cleanliness still in very good condit - The hotel staff were amazing! Helpful, thoughtful, polite and all with a smile. The rooms were lovely - tastefully decorated. The hotel was enormous! And the buildings themselves were beautiful, particularly with the gardens and water features interspaced between and around them.

  Almost everything :) Room cleanliness, staff friendliness, the food. One day when staff found out we wanted to go Putrajaya but the van was in workshop he arranged for us to go in a cab still. Thank you muazam! Then the concierge kamal was very kind during the drive around Putrajaya. At night when we returned we found cookies :) Room cleanup... what people say » was early n well done. Staff at cashier very accommodating and efficient. Thank you for giving me a 5 star treatment really! - The standard room was spacious and cozy. Suits well for me, my husband and 3 small kids. The staff was helpful and we only had to pay for one child for the buffet breakfast (the room came with complimentary breakfast for 2 adults only). Would definitely stay here again.
