  I like the first impression of the staff not the location. But doorman or Bellman,has to be outside sometimes, I understand it's hot out side But sometimes, I got lost with my Taxi driver when I came, even my friend when came to visit me. Upon escort any guest to room, room orientation is well needed there, as I kept ask - i booked a honey moon suite and it was the best room which any one can get,it had inbuilt jacuzzi and very very neat room. Staff were excellent. Indian street was close by ,just 2 streets across,so there was no issue about indian food. China town is walkable distance people looking for value for money shopping. Burger king, mc donalds is very close by.

  Location was perfect for food, bars and generally getting around. It pays to walk around the area as the traffic is a bit hectic at nighttime. The hotel furnishings are dated but can be considered as Retro. A fresh coat of paint would give it life. All in all the staff where great, all smiles and very helpful.   I really like this hotel rooms and service, it is new hotel and everything is new and clean, the rooms and the furniture is so beautiful better the seven star hotel, the bathroom is a nice and there is a spa all executive suites and joiner suites - The staffs are so friendly, very helpful and good customer service.
