I booked this hostel for one night and decided to check it at first but i stayed there for 3 night more(31 oct-4nov 2013) because location was good, staff were friendly,facilities were suitable,Cleanliness excellent and one of more important factor for backpackers is safety. safety in serenity hostel is high, you can have safety box for 1 RM/night

Place is very close to drop off point of bus from Singapore. Staff is very considerate and accommodate us even beyond the check in time. We arrived at 4 AM and stay until 7 AM of the following day and still charged for a price of one day. Very convenient, free breakfast, reasonable rate, near Berjaya Times Square and Monorail. They even sell HOHO ticket. Highly recommended for guest coming from Singapore by bus.

clean and bright house, the boss is a very nice man, he would help costumers to solve any problem as long as he could. the whole surroundings makes me feel comfortable and warm. just like you still at home, not a normal hostel. smoker also could smoke at the yard. sit with your friends and surf on the internet by free wifi, its really an enjoyment

This place is fantastic.The staff are amazing and really helpful. Room was clean, good size, secure and had fan, great after a day out in kl. Location is great, nearby to monorail and bus station. Chinatown to your left, Bukit Bintang shopping mall to your right. Taxi ready. 7 11 at the corner. This guesthouse is great, we could cook our own meals
