  The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They speak good English. The rooms are very spacious and always kept clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient to shopping malls, parks, chocolate/tea/coffee factories, historical places and landmarks. But what my husband and kids loved most is the variety of food (very affordable) ava... what people say » ilable just around the corner. Taxis are anywhere. If I were to go to Malaysia and stay in KL again, I would definitely book at Hotel Imperial. Two- - Location is superb, close to Bukit Bintang Monorail. All daily needs can be found around this hotel. Shopping malls, fast food, cafe, groceries store, food massage can be reached 5 minutes by walk. Highly recommended.

  This budget priced hotel is in a central location close to shopping centers and public transport. Our room was on the 8th floor at the back of the building and was very quiet. The room was clean, average size and had adequate cupboard space so we could unpack our luggage. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was served daily in the dining room with a choice of cooked Americian - the beddings are comfortable, there's a water refilling station so we don't need to buy bottled water anymore. 7-11 and KK Mart are just located across the street. Very near to the food avenue very wide array of food choices! Money changes is located just beside the hotel. Breakfast is just ok kids like it. Front desk has been very helpful helping us to book vans going to Genting, Sunway, City Tour and Airport. Everything is hassle free!
