  The hotel was close to the Asakusa Shrine, shops and subways which would get you to the Skytree or other destinations. With a supermarket right next door and plenty of restaurants around, the convenience of this hotel was excellent.   Perfect location for Disneyland. You can book bus from the hotel and it takes 30 mins. Also transport link is within walking distance if you wanna go to central Tokyo although it takes a while. There are Aqua City and Decks nearby so shopping is not a problem and plenty of restaurants if you don't wanna travel too far out.   This hotel (and I've been travelling to Japan for some 30 years) is the best value in Tokyo that I have found. The rooms are fastidiously clean. Despite being on a busy Tokyo street, I had a very quiet room on the side. The bathroom was sparkingly clean with the latest in design. The shower was delightful. The room was a very good size (I had... what people say » a double) and the bed very comfortable. They have a system where you set the time you want to get up and the lights start to shine about 1/2 hour be - I have never had such a good sleep in my entire life! The bed and the pillows were just heavenly. And the curtains didn't let any light in at all so we could sleep in as late as we wanted on our rest days. It was great! The shower was amazing as well. we stayed in 4 hotels throughout our stay and this one was our favourite. Some people may complain that the rooms were a little small but it didn't bother us at all. if you want a brilliant night sleep with friendly staff then stay here! such a gr

The hotel is just in front of a beautiful park with the lake full of lotuses. The only thing that we were afraid while we were reading the comments about the hotel was the room size but it wasn't absolutely a problem since the internal room design is perfectly done to fulfill everything

  The rooms were very nice, very very comfortable beds. We had 2 rooms facing the garden. Loved the view. It wasn't that hard to find the hotel. Best free wifi signals, it deserves 2 thumbs up for that. Short walking distance to the tsukiji market, the staffs were very helpful. Upon checking out we had a box that required packing and they provided ... what people say » tapes and strings and packed for us at their front desk. They have exclusive amenities which I love their scents so much. There were many restaurants - Our view!!!!! Our room looked out onto Tokyo Tower and if it was clear, Mt Fuji (which it wasn't clear, so we could only barely make out the outline.) With all the rooms above the 25th floor, the skyline view is guaranteed. We had easy access to all kinds of services in the surrounding malls (Pedi-Shiodome, and Carretta). There was easy access also to subway stations, with two nearby. The airport limousine bus brought us right to the hotel from Narita, with a nice view of the city on the way.

  Superb and convenient location with train station just next to hotel. Shopping malls and eateries are everywhere around. Room was very spacious and clean. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes. The house-keeping staff took initiative and delivered not only slippers but also additional towels ... what people say » and toothbrushes. Am very glad that we are going to stay there when we return from Hokkaido later this month. :) - The convenient location to train and subway lines. Also the many restaurants within the complex. Comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel.

  The hotel is awesome! Like everywhere in Japan they care about these little details which make your stay comfortable! I had a room on a 22nd floor with a wonderful view. The room is not big, but it had everything I needed! The TV is big, so you can watch movies in the evening. There is a pot and tea/coffee facilities with free water in the fridge.... what people say » I loved my blanket and pillow, very comfortable. The bath is new and equipped with everything you need, there are two shower cans for all your needs. - Got bus from airport & they dropped us outside hotel.Lobby is on 16th floor. The staff are lovely-very polite & professional. They helped us with the metro & kept our luggage after we checked out so we could go sight seeing. Close to Shimbashi Station & lots of great food around in the back streets.Had a fantastic view from our room on the 23rd floor. Super clean bathroom that included a great range of toiletries.   What i liked most about Hyatt Regency is the location; excellent location, very close to Shinjuku station. And if you are not in the mood for the 5 minute walk to the station, there is the complimentary shuttle bus which leaves from the hotel every 20 minutes to Shinjuku station and Odakyu dept store. Their staff is great, very helpful, efficient ... what people say » and have good command of English. Since we have special dietary needs (halal food) the staff at the caffee were very understanding and helful and warn - Overall nice hotel. But a few points stood out. The Japanese staff were unfailingly polite and obliging. But my check-in was marred by a short Caucasian male concierge staff who cut the queue with another customer without apology. While the local staff were polite they did not hand over enough information such that I repeated myself three times about my Michel Troisgros booking. Access to pool and gym should not be restricted to Passport members but all guests!
