Staff spoke some english but I get the impression this hotel is more oriented towards local or business travel. The staff was very pleasant and tried everything possible to assist. We were about 10-15 minutes from Tokyo Station and taxi costs ranged from 840-1360 yen depending on which exit you were picked up from.
