They have laundry service, wi-fi and "takyubin" to send baggage to our next hotel ! Considering Japan Style the room space was small but enough . We don't know about food, because we didn't taste - Superior king room (24 sq meters) was comfortably furnished, with excellent bed and pillows. Location is close to Suidobashi jr station, one of the minor and less crowded lines, just 10 minutes from Shinjuku. Tokyo Dome and LaQua spa and onsen are just behind the station. Good service from conceirge who got me a seat at the famous Kyubey restaurant at Ginza weeks before I arrived.

  This hotel was fantastic! We stayed here for 3 nights when we visited Disneyland and DisneySea for 3 days. The staff speak English really well and are super friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing! So big and it looked out over the water. We had an extremely comfortable king size bed... so big I almost got lost in it. No complaints at all. - We stayed at the Hilton Tokyo Bay in late Oct 2013, and glad we did. It was a nice to end a trip where our accommodation was superb. We stayed in the 'celebrio' room which was perfect for 2 people, the hotel itself is situated in the Tokyo Disneyland Resort and offers a shuttle to and from the theme parks' station. Even though, it's about 20-25minute train ride from tokyo cbd, because of the amount of trains available, travelling outside of the area is no problem. FYI the monorial for the tokyo

  Excellent English was spoken .. When we finally checked in it was a breeze. Good sized room even with an extra bed in it. We had a view but more of the Disney car park. Courtesy shuttle from monorail traction to hotel was an added bonus .. It is up hill walking to the station was ok. Wifi is free in the lobby but for Y1000 you can get it in the room with the bonus of being able to have 3 devices use it. We heard no noi - - very conveniently located just opposite to the Monorail Bay Station..can easily walk over ..otherwise they also have shuttle service to the station every 5 mins - Airport shuttle has a stop just at the hotel, very convenient! - we have rooms facing Disneyland can see firework at night and also we have rooms that face the bay front

As expected, like all rooms in Tokyo (that come at a reasonable price) it was small, but very manageable. Once again - excellent location!   Quiet location but easily accessible to Shiodome and Shinbashi areas. It is a short walk to the monorail station if arriving from Haneda airport. It is possible to walk to Ginza area in 20mins. Hotel was clean and the rooms spacious for Tokyo standards. They now provide free WiFi in the rooms as well as wired internet.   Hotel is about 7 minutes walking from Shinjuku Station and in front of Tochomae Subway Station. Most of the staff speak English. The most impressive situation was when we checked out: due personal reason we needed to check out 1 day before scheduled, we didn't ask for any discount because it was our "fault", but the hotel said this was not fair t... what people say » o us and (as we have paid at check in via credit card) they gave back to us the cash of 1 night. We used to travel all over the world and we have neve - It was the cheap option for a central location to Shinjuku. Observation level of govt building is across the street. You can walk directly to Shin via a subway or take the street. It has many eating options within the hotel should you wish to stay in house. Rooms are small and typical Tokyo style but do the job. Foreigners info desk were really helpful in all matters.

  This hotel (and I've been travelling to Japan for some 30 years) is the best value in Tokyo that I have found. The rooms are fastidiously clean. Despite being on a busy Tokyo street, I had a very quiet room on the side. The bathroom was sparkingly clean with the latest in design. The shower was delightful. They have a system where you set the time you want to get up and the lights start to shine about 1/2 hour be - I have never had such a good sleep in my entire life! The bed and the pillows were just heavenly. And the curtains didn't let any light in at all so we could sleep in as late as we wanted on our rest days. It was great! The shower was amazing as well. we stayed in 4 hotels throughout our stay and this one was our favourite. Don't be fooled by the Higashi Shinjuku subway station next door as its great for a few lines (and when you have your bags) but this hotel is only a 10 min walk from the main Shinjuku area so there is no need to mess around changing trains from Higashi. Metro Station directly next to the hotel. The rooms are very clean, the bed is comfortable and big enough for 1 person (140 cm). Tip: If you are a non-smoker reservate a deluxe non-smoking room. It costs only a few Euro more but the only way to make sure to get a non-smoking room. These rooms are also located on the 11th floor
