  Cross is about 5 minutes away from JR Sapporo station. The location is very convenient and the staff is really helpful. Basically within walking distance to a lot of attractions and there are a few convenient stores just down the hotel. There is a restaurant right next to the hotel that closes around 4 am in the morning. The hotel gets this big... what people say » shower/bathroom up on the 18th floor which overlooks the city of Sapporo, love it...!! - I really like everything about this hotel. Great service, really good location (a few minutes from the JR station). Tasty breakfast with lots of variety. There is a nice hot bath on the 18th floor where you can relax and enjoy great city views. Room itself is clean, really comfortable bed. And the staff is just willing to serve you with all your wishes. Really recommend this hotel.

  The bus stop for shuttle to Hakodate Airport is just in front of hotel entrance, and that's very convenient. I really appreciate the room upgrade given. It was a pleasant stay! - The staff was very helpful and accommodating!
