  Friendly and helpful staff , including the courteous bell girls and front desk staff, powder snow, beautiful christmas lights on the snow , which made our Christmas very special, very kids friendly resort, spacious accommodation at the tower , outdoor Onsen that is not crowded, many Food stalls and food hall available, the cute little kids ski sch... what people say » ool, other fun snow activities for adults and kids, the beautiful merry-go-round our kids love.....   The bus stop for shuttle to Hakodate Airport is just in front of hotel entrance, and that's very convenient. I really appreciate the room upgrade given. It was a pleasant stay! - The staff was very helpful and accommodating!
