  Location. Just beside the fish market n station. The room comes w kitchenette living room. Very spacious unlike most japan hotel room its come with a jacuzi which auto refill water at 42 degree like onsen. Superbe!! Ample of parking spaces at only 500 yen per day free wifi overall one the best hotels I stayed in Japan so far - After a minor problem we where conducted to a suberb room, extremely well conceived, a room not only big, but with a wonderful view from the living room and the bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished, we had breakfast in the morning sitting in a very nice veranda. An Hakodate is a place to visit. Finally, the hotel is extremely well located, in between the station and the historical district.

  The hotel was conveniently located near the mountain resort, and also a great location for dining out and night-life around Hirafu Village. Despite the proximity to everything, the hotel featured a driver to provide transportation to any nearby location at no cost. The hotel is also extremely new and the facilities are clean and elegant. In the basement, each room is supplied with a locker for skis/snowboard or other gear, an - Chalet Ivy Hotel is a beautiful building in Kutchan; the room is very new, clean and modern; we can see a peace and beautiful Mt. Yotei from the room; the bed are soft and comfortable, all staffs can speak a good standard English, they are friendly and helpful. I take this opportunity of thanking them, especially is Mr Jung, he provided us many suggestions for the trip planning once we booked the hotel.
