  Sapporo Grand is an excellent Hotel with Excellent service. We stayed 2 nights and wished we could stay longer. We first met staff member Hideto Sawagashira at the front desk. I would like to thank Mr kimio Mori, assistant manager of inbound sales sects., he helped us to make a call to airline to clarify some of our questions before leaving for new chitose airport. without his kind helps,we might have some troubles in airports.

Basically within walking distance to a lot of attractions and there are a few convenient stores just down the hotel. There is a restaurant right next to the hotel that closes around 4 am in the morning. Great service, really good location (a few minutes from the JR station). Tasty breakfast with lots of variety. There is a nice hot bath on the 18th floor where you can relax and enjoy great city views. Room itself is clean, really comfortable bed. And the staff is just willing to serve you with all your wishes. Really recommend this hotel.
