  Run by husband and wife, Mori and Yoko, Clydesdale was simply charming. Comfortable rooms, super neat and tidy, and the set dinners are absolutely delicious! 5 courses for Y25,000. Much better option than the overrun resorts just up the street, highly recommend.

  we are giving full marks to the hotel. the staffs, the place, the food. everything is nearly perfect . just want to add if they could provide afternoon snacks in the mid food in the relaxing firing place would be excellent. The kitchen is fully furnished, we had breakfast in the morning sitting in a very nice veranda. An Hakodate is a place to visit. Finally, the hotel is extremely well located, in between the station and the historical district.
