  The hotel has excellent public and private onsen. Food was great and staff very helpful and friendly. It was s bit on the expensive side but then we paid for quality. From the moment we drove to the hotel driveway to checking out, the service provided was par excellent! We left behind a blazer and some clothings when we checked out and the staff ... what people say » arranged for them to be shipped to our next hotel. I didn't expect to see my favourite blazer again so it was a nice surprise! - after travelling in Japan for a week, it is nice to have some real english speaking staff! Natsumi Tamagai went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and accomodate our requests:) Give that woman a beer!

Ample of parking spaces at only 500 yen per day free wifi overall one the best hotels I stayed in Japan so far - After a minor problem we where conducted to a suberb room, extremely well conceived, a room not only big, but with a wonderful view from the living room and the bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished, we had breakfast in the morning sitting in a very nice veranda. An Hakodate is a place to visit. Finally, the hotel is extremely well located, in between the station and the historical district.

  In addition to the above responses , the staff were at pains to help us in every way.At breakfast if the supply of a particular food was finished, on simple request it was replaced immediately. Coming to this hotel from the airport by train - I enjoyed my stay at this Best Western. I had stayed at one in Osaka for a few days last year but this one in Sapporo was bigger. And of better quality. I thought the bathroom was fairly large and luxurious despite the room-size. The staff were nothing but friendly and helpful. Even when I informed them that I had an accident with one of their lamps, they quickly put my worries to rest & said they would take care of it no problem. I plan to stay here again if possible if I am to come back t
