  Very convenient coming from Chitose Airport as the airbus bus-stop is right in front of ANA hotel! We were given a twin bedded room on the 15th floor. It was peaceful and quiet, clean,hot water flask and all toiletries provided.The toilet has a bidet. Odd numbered rooms on a high floor faces the morning sun and has a good view. From the moment we drove to the hotel driveway to checking out, the service provided was par excellent! The kitchen is fully furnished, we had breakfast in the morning sitting in a very nice veranda. An Hakodate is a place to visit. Finally, the hotel is extremely well located, in between the station and the historical district.
