  This is a cosy hotel at great location. We can see Odori Park from our room and hence the winter festival. Less than 5 min walk from Odori Station Exit 1. We love the private onsen which you can use just with your family & friends (that is if you do not mind male & female bath together) or just share with whoever you prefer. Anyway, there... what people say » is only 1 onsen, so remember to book at the reception. The manager (cannot remember her name) is very friendly, helpful and speak good English. - My mother and brother stayed here. I simply booked for them. However, I did visit and I thought this place was great. The staff were amazing and spoke fantastic English, which surprised me due to being a fairly small hotel. They were also incredibly helpful and my mother and brother had no complaints at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want somewhere affordable and comfortable.
