Rooms have either mountain or sea view to choose from.The toilets are well stock with reasonably good quality toiletries.It is connected to a big mall that has good shopping and dining choices,and a movie theatre.   We had a canal view room (the otaru canal is just across the road). I like the room very much, it's clean and spacious, toilet and bath room are separated.   There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which have bus going to the hakodate ropeway at a sceduled timing. The front desk staff - a lady was very helpful and flexible. My friend and I were early (by abt an hr) and she gave us a room even though check in is 3pm onwards. Just walk about 2 minutes from JR Station to get there and from there it takes just a minute to the Morning Market. The room is quite old but very neat and tidy. They have a big flat screen TV, green tea, hair dryer, Yukata and Obi set for changing clothes. The staff is very nice although we get here a bit late (8pm). Morerover, they can speak english quite well. I recommend it if you want some place which is good and has reasonable pr

  The room was clean and nice with free multi-charger for my phone. There were also free onsen for men/women. The kids love going to the onsen. The free ramen at 9.30 pm everyday was delicious and the buffet breakfast was good with wide selections. The counter staff was very helpful with the city map and directions.   The hotel has excellent public and private onsen. Food was great and staff very helpful and friendly. It was s bit on the expensive side but then we paid for quality. From the moment we drove to the hotel driveway to checking out, the service provided was par excellent! We left behind a blazer and some clothings when we checked out and the staff ... what people say » arranged for them to be shipped to our next hotel. I didn't expect to see my favourite blazer again so it was a nice surprise! - after travelling in Japan for a week, it is nice to have some real english speaking staff! Natsumi Tamagai went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and accomodate our requests:) Give that woman a beer!
