We loved the location and being just 2 short blocks from the subway station in the heart of Tokyo. It was very convenient and I would stay there again just because I know what I'm getting. It's definitely not the fanciest of places...but it was clean, had decent amenities, and worked for what we needed. Coffee maker, small fridge, interesting music system, tv. Very small rooms, not alot of space for your luggage, but it's Tokyo and you you don't get a lot of space for this price.

I really liked the location - it's very close to the park and the subway station. Particularly coming from Narita, the access is quite convenient and they have very good instructions on how to find the hotel.
I'd say the rooms were a good value. Yes, they are small - but that's pretty standard for Tokyo or any large city. They were clean and comfortable, and had travel necessities like hair dryers, shampoo, etc. Also the laundry on the 6th floor was useful.
