  Location - very close to Ueno station, sauna facilities (I started and ended every single day in there - they are brilliant), cleanliness, cost and the "relax" room - basically, a room full of very comfortable easy chairs with blankets and individual tv to kick back after the sauna (or really, any time you like).   This was the second time I chose this hotel. I couldn't find any other hotel that can fit my requirements. The hotel is within a walking distant to a JR station (Ueno), making it really easy to navigate around Tokyo. The JR Ueno Station has adequate escalators and elevators for heavy luggage. The hotel also is just 200m away from a subway station... what people say » (use this subway station if you want to go to the Sky Tree). There are a lot of convenience stores around the hotel. This hotel also gives free wifi - Oak hotel is the best hotel in Tokyo if you do not want to pay much money but have a nice room to stay in. Compared to other hotels, this one is the cheapest and gives the best service. When we got into the room it was heated for us because it was very cold that day. Also, every day you get clean towels, toothbrushes, shaving materials, soap, shampoo, etc. Also you room gets cleaned every day. When we left the hotel we were able to store our lugage at the hotel in a locked room so we could tr
