It was very conveniently located near Termini. Very nicely appointedroom. Staff very helpful. Close to metro, sighteseeing bus,train to the airport,walking distance from main attarctions, nice tratorias nearby,..Extremely helpful staff, close to Termini station, spacious room, awesome breakfast. People were very nice. We stayed in the top floor room which was very private.

We stayed in hotels varying from 60 Euros to 240 Euros. This hotel had by far the best staff!. Nice and friendly service at the breakfast and the evening/night staff. The hotel is very convenient located, close to main railway station and a good starting point to explore the city. we had a quite big room, big bathroom, air condition, near termini, easy access to sightseeing, kind stuff. We had a really good time there.Comfortable ,quiet location within easy reach of the station. Near to the train station. Convenient location, excellent breakfast. Also, anything you wanted could be received by calling the desk - ice, morning coffee, tour info and reservations. Friendy staff; After checking out we could leave our luggage behind and pick it up later. Really good breakfast. Nothing special for the price we paid. Complimentary tea/coffee was a welcomed change, but water was seldom hot enough to make tea...a little confusing when getting to certain rooms, two different lifts and had to take the correct one to get to room. Hairs on the bed, bath and sink.The rather 'cold' reception of the morning/day receptionist. A minor point perhaps, but one does not feel 'welcome'. we didn't take breakfast because we thought it was expensive (15 euros per person). I had to sign in blank a card slip to stay in the hotel, I don't think this is security.... Nothing available for room service in the evening or very early morning (prior to tours or travel). Daytime reception desk not very friendly.Asked for triple room, 3 single beds in one room and so space wasvery limited. The wireless Internet connection was rather weak. The fridge in our hotel room didn't seem to be working.Very bad service- impossible to get staffs attention- no silverware, cups etc at breakfast- no one to ask for help even!. Internet is very weak. No atmosphere. Staff acknowledged you and seemed pleasant when you came and went, but other than that no real communications.
