the hotel is in a very good location. All the sightseeings are close to the hotel such Colosseo,Fontana di Trevi,Ancient Agora....in 10 minutes you are there.You only take the bus for the Vatican.Receptionists know very well the english language and are very helpful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, it is litteraly a walk to all the sights, with shopping and great restaurants at the door. Breakfast was simple, yet good also. Thanks for a great stay, I would recommend you to anyone.
all reviews » The location is not far from Roma Termini station. The room is spacious for three of us. Hotel staff is very friendly. I liked the helpful staff, the room was big and the bathroom was huge. Everything was clean and comfortable. Wi-fi was not free. There was no elevator to the second floor. Very retro, not particular in a good way. bringing luggage up by the stairs - very hard. The hotel is located in a busy street, so you better close the windows while you're there. The check out is until 12h. However, around 11h we recieved a call from the reception, in italian, asking us the hours at which we had planned to leave and to do so until 11.30h. We had planned to sleep a little more that day and calmly leave around 11.50h since my boyfriend was feeling ill and needed some rest. We had to hurry instead. Room quite small, Tv did not work No hot drinks facilities but did have a fridge with drinks in (did not use). Quite noisy (inside noise) not so outside noise, no eating facilites except for breakfast room, seemed expensive for what it had. Loud noises in the room. the cleaness. Shower drain was clogged; breakfast room was too small. The only window in our room was too high to see out of, so the room was very claustrophobic, the breakfast was very average and the whole place was so hot and stuffy! I would not recommend this hotel. room had really old furniture, mattress was not very comfortable, I saw ants on the mattress, bathroom was really small. The morning staff in the reception was very rude to me..he need to have some customer care training. . -no elevator - wi-fi is not free and disconnected from time to time with poor signal.
