The staff were extremely kind and helpful, seem to have a philosophy of providing excellent service for the paying customer. The rooms are very modern, very clean and comfortable. Everything carefully designed to the last little details in minimalist style and made of good quality. The breakfast is different from the regular hotels, true to the pictures, very tasty and variable everyday. The coffee machine is not the best, ask for a proper one from the two ladies always attending the breakfast.

We really appreciated little extras like free help yourself coffee and tea facilities any time of the day, which was great after a day out walking to come back and relax with a nice coffee, tea or juice. Floris was kept very clean and it is an extremely fresh looking hotel. Which occupies one floor of the building. Our room was quiet as it was not on the road side of the building, not sure how the street sid. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help with tourist information and advice. As it was a small hotel this contributed to a family atmosphere. The Hotel was modern, bright and clean there was free water in our fridge each day, and coffee and juice bar available in the breakfast room all day. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. Very close to train station and the Colloseum. It was located on a good shopping street with many restaura. The Floris is very well situated in the city - close to shopping, the Termini train station, and about a 15-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. The staff were very accommodating and gracious. Although the dining room was tiny, we were delighted with the delicious offerings at breakfast and the free coffee, juice and water available. We had a great time staying at Floris. It's located about a 3 min walk from Termini Station about 10 min walk from The Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. We got the triple for the both of us as that was all that was left; great space and even better price. The breakfast was good, but the space is tight. The staff is great and accommodating. Everything was great, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is awesome! We really got a great price. There is always coffee and juice available and fror free! I recommend you to book a transfer from the airport to the hotel because it is in a building with several hotels inside and it is not very visible from outside. Breakfast was unbelievably good, free coffee all day in the dining area, service first class, location ideal to access all the must do sightseeing. The Hotels shared with two other companies, all taking seperate floors, strange arrangement but it works well, lift is the smallest I've ever been in but works well. The staff were amazing from the concierge to the breakfast staff, everyone made sure we felt welcome and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The hotel is near the termini station, about 10 min to walking from termini station. The Floris hotel is located at 4fl of the old building 251. You can not see the panel outside the building. So find the hotel name Republica. They are located in the same building. The hotel is new, all is clean and white, modern design, loved the pictures at the doors different for each room, the staff is super nice and helpful, breakfast far more then complementary, lovely cappuccino and bakery. The hotel is really new. The rooms and furniture are new. The personnel is very friendly and keen to solve customer's requests. No sounds from the street. The rooms were on the 4th floor, with only a basic lift. Very hard to find as hotel sign was small and inconspicuous. If you go past McDonalds you have gone too far. Corridors a bit noisy with doors closing, but that being due to being marble tiled. Buffet area could be a little larger. All very minor. My husband and were happy to take the stairs during our stay but otherwise you would have to wait for the elevator. Well, my group of 6 friends was indeed a little put off by the tiny elevator and by the other 3 hotels sharing the same building, but once we settled in, we were delighted with the staff and accommodations. The hotel is on the 4th floor of an older building with an antiquated elevator that is tiny. The "Breakfast crew" can be somewhat too animated! None of the rooms have an external view, at least according to reception. But all in all these are all minor complaints...definitely would recommend. The building from outside looks really old and the elevator is really small (fits max 3 people with 3 bags if they're small and you're thin :D). Bedroom was a bit too warm, after the window was unlocked it was much better but a little noisy. We were so tired after walking all day that we hardly noticed. Unrelated to the hotel but do not catch a taxi from termini. We were charged 30euros and told it was a city policy to charge a set rate and not use the meter. I liked everything. The old steady building at Via Nationale 251 is a multi-hotel building, consist of three or four hotels. The ground floor exhibits only small signs of these hotels in the building, so that it is hard to find your hotel. More clear explicit sign of the hotel is recommended for the new arrivals. The location is not very far from Termini station you can walk. And there's also very near metro and bus station too. You can go anywhere easily but it is hard to find the hotel because it's upstair, and there's no signage that easily to be observed from ground floor. nothing. The elevator was old, and didn't work when we arrived. Not convenient when the hotel is on 4th floor, but worked again in the evening. It was hard to find the hotel, only sign is black letters on the door window just above the pavement. Look for Hotel Augustea, it is the same entrance. the old fashion elevator. two people with luggages will be so inconvenient. there should be a better way to improve this especially if the person who used before you doesn't know how to properly closed the door then you are stuck and have to used the stairs. The only thing I would say is that finding the hotel is difficult as there are other hotels' names on the outside of the building (there are 4 hotels, each on their own floor from memory). If you go past McDonald's you've gone too far!. The breakfast area is small. Breakfast: Too much sweet pastries and less cold cuts for breads. The lift is very small. There is only one lift in the building. The hotel is one of the hotels in the same building. But it is the far away the best comparing to other hotels. there was a very small lift, that we were afraid to use, the breakfast room was a litlle small. The hotel itself is located inside an old building with an outdated elevator that can hardly fits 2-3 people . It is a bit of a challenge to get luggage up the steps in order to reach the elevator that takes you to the 4th floor where the hotel is located. the elevator is bit older, but still working fine. Hotel should improve the visibility from the street - search for hotel Augustea, which is located in the first floor of the same building. Hotel is located on the 4th floor so sometimes you may have some extra sports. The elevator is aproblem..!!. The atmosphere is not cozy. Very expensive. We heard everything that was happened at the hall and kitchen, but probably this problem appears only in the nearest to kitchen room. There were some troubles with the shower - the water stayed on the floor. Nothing. The street entrance of the hotel was pretty discouraging! (but without any problem, after all! :o). Only slight criticism is needs a bigger sign. the bar or dinning room is too small, especially at breakfast time.
