This is a decent place for anyone who are with connecting flights from the other Milan airports or would like to catch the trains for some of the other cities.Rooms were quite ok and a good value for the money. Staff was extremely helpful, spoke well English, especially the guys from the day shifts. My friend got her passport stolen and this guys just did everything possible to help, find consulate numbers, allow us to use the phone, in one word extremely helpful.

We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities clean and comfortable. Breakfast quite adequate. The hotel was located close, within easy walking distance, from the central railway station.
The impression i had before i get in to the hotel was bad, thats because of the existing commands, But i was wrong and Hotel standard was good, room were very clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was not bad, overall value money and i will recommend definitely to another person.....
Wifi connection was not good and they need to improve that, because this hotel is ideal for business travellers and they need a good internet connection in order to carry out the business activities, i had some difficulties on this. Other then that water bottles and water heaters were not available in the room. i think for the rate they are charging, they can affort to do that....

I liked Giovanni, Glenda and Waly, they were very friendly to everyone and tried to make you feel special. the rooms were cleaned every day and they were comfortable.
The location is very good though it still take us some time to find the right place ( it is just near the Mcdonld). The staff is quite friendly and the breakfast is good.

The room and the bathroom were very big, with facilities. The situation is really good only 5 minutes far from Milan Central Station (train) and the buses for the airport, the underground is 10 minutes walking. The staff was friendly and helpful, they keep us our luggage in the check-out day so we were able to see the city comfortably before go to the airport.

Hotel is owned by non-italians, so itcan be uncomfortbale for someone. The hotel is situated only on the 3rd floor of a big building.

No free wifi and no kettle in the room. My bed doesn't have a blanket while the other two have, I guess the room service lady forgot to put it on. Lack of front desk assistants as I waited for more than 30 mins in order to get check in.

One of the worst hotels i've been ever. I can't imagine anybody paying 300 euro per night in this hotel. Staff hardly speak english, breakfast is very poor, there is noise in the corridor all over the place thru the whole night. Bathroom floor was full of water because it leaked from somewhere.

Check in time 2pm is too late. Narrow, widing and long hallway not safe if there is fire. Poor security system, tiny, narrow room for 130 Euro a night on a Saturday, without breadkfast. Is not worth, too expensive, daylight robbery, even in the city. There are better 3 Star hotels nearby, though unavailable during this time. I won't be coming back to this place ever.

The atmosphere in the hotel was terrible. I've never seen that kind of toilet. The ventilation was dirty. Don't recommend it, not even for one night. Don't go there, there a lot of hotels near the train station in Milan.

Wifi cost 5 euros for 24 hourrs per device, but there was nearly no signal in my room and the staff are not doing anything to fix it.
