It was very nice for a 3 star hotel. The location was very near the train and metro station allowing you to get about the town easily. The bathrooms were huge compared to the other hotel's that we had stayed at.

The staff and all the services were A1 couldn't ask for better.

Hotel renovated. Very clean room and also quiet on request. Close to the central station.

Very friendly staff and who took time to explain where things were and how to get there although some info on the trains schedule leaving to Malpensa airport weren't really accurate in terms of schedule.

Freindliness of the reception staff, who all spoke excellent English. The location right next to the train station was fantastic.

I felt the rooms were a little dated and could do with modernising. For this reason I feel the room was quite expensive. However it was comfortable and clean.
