Very friendly and courteous staff - restaurant and bar staff particularly helpful. Excellent food in hotel restaurant and catered for all dietary requirements. Hotel within easy walking distance to the town centre and secure parking avaliable. Clean, modern rooms - would definately stay here again.

Would be useful to have some extra storage space in the rooms and a fridge.

The room was very spacious, clean and overall, very comfortable. Thestaff was extremely helpful. The location of the hotel wasexcellent...accessible to the train station, to shopping andrestaurants. The free internet was a wonderful extra for me since Ineeded to stay in touch with my business on a daily basis. The breakfastwas wonderful. I highly recommend I Portici Hotel.

Nice design rooms, contemporay nice furnitures, central location,nice bathroom

Breakfast very basic, as the place is very nice. Fridge of themini bar that I had to turn off as it was so noisy. Very smallwindow in the room.

The beautiful terrasse with the breakfast outside / great to park thecar in the carpark of the hotel, very save.

No small fridge/minibar in our room, and the chairs were very loud onthe floor when you moved these, we were on the 4th floor and if theywere shuffeling the chairs downstairs or on the ground floor, we heardeverything. And we were next to the staff room , so this was not veyhandy when they used this, since we could hear everything.

Modernity meets traditon in this superbly converted nineteenth-century palazzo. Attention to detail is everywhere. The quality and minimalism of the furnishings encourages restfulness and relaxation. Breakfast is superb. The staff are extremely helpful and many extra details are thought of such as complimentary mineral water, extra toiletries and a suitable daily newsaper.

The rooms are large with very high ceilings and the bed was very comfortable. Also, we were in a room with a balcony so access to fresh air was lovely. The location of the hotel was great, 5 mins walk to the main piazza.

There was no furniture on the balcony so its use was limited. Being on a main street meant it was a bit noisy.
