The staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were immaculate, the breakfast buffet was excellent. The bed and room ammenties were great. The hotel is convient to both the train station and some major sites. used the hotel as a stop for flight back to the UK, used the short time in Bologna to sight see the hotel was very good for both of these.Staff and hotel are very good. Room (double) and beds are larger than other hotels that I stayed.
