The central location and friendliness of staff. I liked the Zanhotel Regina very much, since the hotel is situated near the town center and the railway station and all the important sightseeing points can be easily reached on foot! I liked the staff of the hotel as well and the best breakfast I've ever had in my life :). The vicinity to most destinations. Nice buffet breakfast, great location, clean room.

If I have to name something that I did not like about this hotel, then I'd say that the carpet in our room was quite dirty and since me and my friend are allergic to dust, we had some problems but all the rest was really perfect!. room was a little bit too dark but it actually didn't matter as outside was damn hot in the middle of summer. There was no chair in the room. I left my pajamas in room 121. Could youfind out if they have been found. use of com^puter rather pricey. There were no net connection, free. Security was an issue. I was unhappy about my passport being held in an open shelf behind reception and also that there was nowhere more secure to leave my luggage than a rack open to all in the lobby.internet use is a bit over priced. sometimes, not to much water in the shower. also the layout of bathroom wasn´t the best. The breakfast was poor. slightly shabby room, air con didn't work, no other facilities, slightly smelly room. We did not like the hotel decor as it needs refurbishment,very sixties.also the large room for 3 adults was not large enough and did not have enoough wardrobe space and lacked any drawer space or shelving. It would have been good if there had been some information, in English, about Bologna available in the room. The hotel staff were helpful and polite but they were not able to communicate much in English, or else they chose not to do so! The cheerful waiter in the breakfast room each morning made me feel very welcome. Perhaps this hotel does not have many English speaking guests?. Airconditioning did not work. Room was depressing and very hot. There was no air conditioning and only by opening the window could my wife and I get any sleep.
