  We have been looking for some alternative to horrible camp during our planned round trip in Israel. As Tiberias was on the schedule, we searched some smart stay and found Panorama with small note about hotel terrace. Then we enter hotel and found very warm welcome from receptionist, who showed us how they grand their visitors. The hotel and rooms ar - The family-run nature of the Panorama really comes through, the staff is super friendly and available 24/7. Shaul is awesome as are his dad and the other family and staff working. I've been to many similar hostel/hotel places and I think this was one of the cleanest and well run I've seen. We were upset there was no room available for us to stay an extra night so we could take advantage of the spa facilities.   Staff were great and changed our rooms so that they would be opposite each other. The kids loved the jacuzzi and swimming pool. Great to have a bbq area next to the pool. - Clean and comfortable we had a good nights sleep. WI Fi available and had air conditioning.
