The family-run nature of the Panorama really comes through, the staff is super friendly and available 24/7. Shaul is awesome as are his dad and the other family and staff working. I've been to many similar hostel/hotel places and I think this was one of the cleanest and well run I've seen. The Hotel is in a good location for going out on trips in Gallile and around the see of Gallile, it was veryrekaxing to come back after a day trip to the hotel and relax outside in the garden next to the pool, or inside near the bar.

The buffet breakfast and dinner were first class and the room was comfortable and clean. We were upset there was no room available for us to stay an extra night so we could take advantage of the spa facilities. A good base for touring the Galilee region as it is just outside of Tiberias. -
