Everything.
Location. Nice room with a great view. Natalie was very helpful.
1. no dedicated hotel parking.
Wi-Fi was not available most of our stay.
the breakfast definitly needs massive upgrading, it was basic .
.and sloppy and very minimal.
1-There is not a street in front of the hostal, you need to carry the lugage from a parking area to there.
2- The time of the breakfast is inflexible (9am to 10am), just one hour.

Hotel is more of a guest house than a hotel. No hot water, only one
person spoke English with Russian being the main language even all the
tv channels are tuned to Russian language. Seemed mainly set up for
Russian religious tours who spend one night on their tour round the holy
land. The below restaurant was franchised out and breakfast was by
special permission and the connecting door had to be opened by
appointment.
