  We were impressed with the Osprey Hotel from the moment we arrived. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was well appointed, bright, cheerful, a good size & with lovely facilities, especially the bathroom. Room was clean and bed was very comfy. Food in the restaurants (we tried both the 'mash' and the Waldorf bar) was of a ve... what people say » ry high standard with generous portions. During our stay we used the pool & spa. Both were excellent. The spa staff being very professional, ye - I loved my stay here and only wished I had more time to explore & enjoy the facilities even more. The location is excellent convenient and easy to find. The quality of food was good but I honestly have to say what impressed me most about my stay were the staff who made a big impression on me so much so that I brought it into conversation with my friends!   Your staff were very friendly and accommodating and i only had to ask once to reserve a table for dinner and was pleasantly surprised that the information was passed to your waiting staff. The room i stayed in was comfortable and had everything i wanted. Altogether a very good hotel. - We liked its handiness to the motorway and its quiet location... what people say » away from the busy main road. There was really nothing to dislike about the hotel itself except maybe the price which could be graded depending on whether or not you took advantage of the leisure facilities !

  Was very impressed with this 4 star hotel, and as I work in a four star myself, this outshone it by some way. All my friends had the same opinion and the rooms were really very spacious with really comfortable beds. Staff were also friendly and helpful and nothing was any problem for them. I would recommend this to anyone as it also has pool, spa and salon facilities. - Everything. The Staff were extremely professional and still managed to be warm and friendly. The food was absolutely excellent and the hotel and surround were sumptuous. My stay at your hotel was probably the most enjoyable break I have ever had and I am a seasoned traveler so this is based on worldwide comparison. Beautiful Hotel, fabulous food and friendly professional staff.
