  We were impressed with the Osprey Hotel from the moment we arrived. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was well appointed, bright, cheerful, a good size & with lovely facilities, especially the bathroom. Room was clean and bed was very comfy. Both were excellent. The spa staff being very professional, ye - I loved my stay here and only wished I had more time to explore & enjoy the facilities even more. The location is excellent convenient and easy to find. The quality of food was good but I honestly have to say what impressed me most about my stay were the staff who made a big impression on me so much so that I brought it into conversation with my friends!   Your staff were very friendly and accommodating and i only had to ask once to reserve a table for dinner and was pleasantly surprised that the information was passed to your waiting staff. The room i stayed in was comfortable and had everything i wanted. Altogether a very good hotel. - We liked its handiness to the motorway and its quiet location... what people say » away from the busy main road. There was really nothing to dislike about the hotel itself except maybe the price which could be graded depending on whether or not you took advantage of the leisure facilities !
