    Fantastic hotel, beautiful grounds and friendly staff. A lively pub also makes a great change from a stuffy hotel bar.     Very friendly staff at reception, made us feel very welcome, in fact we this was a common thing we found in Belfast. Had a meal in RGB restaurant and it was excellent. Staff here did great work despite being very busy and perhaps a little understaffed. Breakfast next morning was buffet and was excellent. Bed was high and very comfy, didn't have a problem with the pillows as stated in the previous comments. The shower was amazing and the bathroom was huge for a 3star! Excellent location, excellent hotel, well worth it, I will be back.

    1st of many visits to Belfast for business purposes,i brought my wife along this time as it was a fact finding visit for me and as i only had 2 meetings throughout 3 days within the area so i thought id make the most of getting away for a rest, she loved the staff, the hotel itself,and the indian restaraunt. When Iarrived home the next day I realised that I'd forgotten my jacket andKaren took the time to look for it and rang me telling me that she hadfound same.     The location was excelllent. The leisure facilities were brilliant. Most unexpected - usually a central location does not have leisure facilities as well. It was also good that breakfast was served until 11.00am at weekends. - Holiday Inn was easy to get to and we were received very well by courteous and competent staff.     The staff at the Belfast Hilton were extremely helpful and forthcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean and the bed was amazing to sleep in. I never wanted to get out of it. As people say you get what you pay for and the amount I paid for two nights (which included a fabulous and varied breakfast) was definately value for money. I would most defina... what people say » tely recommend this hotel to friends and family. - Everything, it was worthy of a 5* - it had an ironing board and iron in the room, wine glasses, ice bucket, hairdryer, flatscreen T.V., clothes line in bathroom, ice machine in corridor, dressing gown, sewing kit, mini bar etc. It was fantastic and the bed was huge. Lovely view of water from window as well. They also let us check in quite a bit earlier.

    Everything was fantastic the rooms were spotless and very up to date andthe staff were only to willing to help and were very friendly.
