Everything was fantastic the rooms were spotless and very up to date andthe staff were only to willing to help and were very friendly. Thefacilities were teriffic and the kids loved the large pool.We wouldrecommend the hotel to anyone . We went for a relaxing weekend andthat's what we got . friendliness of staff, excellent sports facilities, size of room. breakfast was excellent compared to most hotels I have stayed in.

We enjoyed the views across the golf course, the breakfast was great and we enjoyed the swimming pool. it had everything i needed. Golf, health club etc. it was warm and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic - great selection of food.Convenient and helpful staff - able to check-in early. liked the room size, and also the bed was very comfy. The hotel was clean and the food was good. the size and comfort of the room. the attention to detail. I asked for a room with a view over the golf course and the hotel did give me one which not only had the view but was one of the few rooms with a balcony. Plus the breakfast was excellent. Easy access from the airport. Helpful staff when we had a problem with hot water. Friendly staff excellent . First class breakfast and very good breakfast chef . courteous staff. good size room,friendly staff,didn't get to use the pool and spa but im sure they were up to the hotels high standards and i will deff be back for a round of golf. Good Wine and Dine offer.It's a very nice hotel. no room fridge. There was a vending fridge on each floor offering a great variety of items but not one was working. Not applicable. ~Been nice to have had robe and slippers in bedroom. Didnt like the idea of having to put credit on when you get there, think it should be optional as i would prefer to pay for goods when buying them... very thin mattress for the baby cot.The hotel was in the final process of upgrading rooms which meant we hadto dodge the builders equipment on the way to our room. This was not aproblem but perhaps it would have been nice if we had been advised ofthe situation at reception. However this did not detract too much fromthe otherwise very high standards of the hotel and it's staff. just that they didnt have a cash machine in the hotel as it was so far out of the way...opted to have the carvery at dinner time but all the dishes weren't available- were told they are finished but still was adequate. The swimming pool and especially the jacuzzi were very cold!. Staff on check in seemed like they couldn't be bothered with us. Lady on check out was nice though. Was disappointed with the dinner portions in the main restaurant. Although the dinner was nice enough we thought 4 chips on a plate wasnt much.The alarms in the bedroom was quite annoying. Resturant was very small and fully booked so had to dine at anotherhotel if you didn't have access to a car could prove very expensive.At breakfast we had to wait 30 mins to be seated while other peoplewho arrived after us were seated first because staff didn'tcommunicate. When finally seated the self serve buffet of hot food waspretty much empty.Hard bed. had a poor meal in the braserie. Not too keen on the room we had which was kitted out for a disabled person--- which I am not.Worried about all the cords everywhere!. Breakfast was badly organised. Staff in bar and breakfast room appeared to be disinterested.Staff were a bit cool when we turned up for breakfast at 10.20 on Monday morning. It being Easter Moday we assumed that weekend breakfast times would apply but it seems not. They don't make good coffee, had to ask for stronger - which they provided but it was still weak. Breakfast was very very busy and the range of food available was fantastic but i found that running out of cuterly and glasses wasnt very acceptable as im sure the hotel knows that 10 to 11 is very busy and maybe should allow for this. Not able to book in until after 3pm. We had noisy children in the room beside us.Delay for breakfast. waitress service was poor desserts are bought in and not made on the premises. No moisturiser in bathroom. Swimming pool was closed.was told had sports on big screen ,doesn have setanta sports should be mentiond on web site,also thought with the order of your bar menu food.the club sandwich was very poor for the cost,iam not one to complain but if i can help the hotel rectifie some minor things i feel its my duty to do so. The serves in the dinning room was not that of a Hilton . The first night we were there we had a very bad meal and did not eat it. The last morning I asked for a cup off coffee (not a big thing i thought )but in was as a did not get one.I would not eat there again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Ugly Exterior. failed to sort out slow draining sink on day reported. internet system totally inadequate. No Vodafone signal as well. The staff in the restaurant were not helpful in fact they were quite surly and customer service skills were poor. Watch out for the vending machines you can't use money only your room swipe card so you get charged extortion prices! Go prepared!. When I called the hotel the day before we where due to arrive they said they didn’t have our booking. They told us they would investigate and call us back, but they never did.When we arrived at the hotel even thou we had booked a double room they give us a room with two single beds.
