    The junior suite had a wow factor to it, great opulent venitian style and theatral bed. The glamourous asian bar with giant lamps and high ceiling reminded of hype Manhattan.     I have stayed in a lot of hotels all around the world, but the staff in this hotel were easily the most professional and friendly that I have encountered. You will realise this from the moment you begin to check in. - The extremly helpful reception girl named Catherine. Excellent service.

    The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I telephoned the night before our arrival, explaining that we were on a very early morning flight. I asked if we would be able to drop off our bags at the hotel. The receptionist encouraged us to come straight to the hotel and arranged an early check-in on arrival. Similarly when we left they let us... what people say » check out late at 2.00pm. Very centrally located. - The Best Western was very close to O'Connell Street which is the main street in Dublin. It is a half a block away so it made it easy to find the city bus tours and the tourism office. The beds were very comfortable which was a definite plus. They also have two guest computers that you can you use for free 24 hours a day. They were sometimes busy, but there was always a chance to use them.

    My 3 year old son loved the trams! It let us sleep for an extra hour inthe morning while he watched the trams out our corner window. It was notnoisy either, so that was great! Close enough to the city, but quiet.     I recently stayed at pearse hotel with 2 friends who I havnt seen in a long time so in order to have a catch up we decided to go to the olly murs concert and this hotel seemed perfect. The lady on reception was extremely helpful as we got lost but she was more that happy to help us, she was also very polite and welcoming when we arrived and organi... what people say » sed our taxi to the gig as we were running a bit late. There was also a guy in the bar who brought our room service to out rooms and when we came down - Staff were very accomodating,as two young people most hotels assume we will be noisey,they did their very best to treat us equally and were very polite and proffesional at all times,there was a bit of a mix up with our booking when we arrived they did not have our booking on the computer but the gent at the reception was most helpful and fixed us a room immedietly even giving us the best room in the hotel for the same price it was relaxed and we felt very welcome i would definatley stay here ag

    Location near the light rail system was perfect for getting nearly anywhere in Dublin. Apartment was modern and spacious. - We parked our car and walked everywhere.
