  The entire experience! The staff was EXCELLENT...friendly, competent,happy and committed personnel. The wait staff in the restaurant wereabsolutely top shelf, both in terms of politeness and efficency. Theroom was quiet, comfortable and clean. The bathroom had an awesomeshower and was also clean! The beds were the most comfortable I've everslept up... what people say » on...PLUSH! - The hotel was well located and the personnel were very attentive andgreat service. The room was very spacious and very nice. The bed wassuper comfortable and they have a pillow service which is very nice.Every night you get chocolates in your room. Breakfast was includedand you could have whatever you wanted -- great breaskfast! I lovedthis hotel.

  What I loved about our stay at the Fitzwilliam Hotel was the warm welcome we received from the staff at reception upon our arrival. All the staff were happy and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel room was gorgeous, it was huge and it was clean with a lovely bathroom. The food was amazing too. This hotel was above five star quality. It is a fant... what people say » astic place to stay as it is in the heart of the city and I will have to stay here again with my boyfriend. - LOve the face that this hotel is so close to everything...the parkingfacilities are great...the staffis obliging and efficient..I Can find nofaults with this hotel and will be happy to go back.

  thew conceirge was very helpful looking after our bags and being attentive to us and the fact it was my wife's birthday. the comlpimentary bottle of champagne and little cake were very much appreciated. - fabulously comfortable bed, gorgeous big bathroom, excellent jazz band in the hotel's Mint Bar
