It is a quiet hotel ideally located close to the city centre but far enough from it. Rooms were spotless facilities better than expected and staffed by very friendly staff. Well run well managed. I had to stay an extra night but the staff were superb and it was no more than a stroke of a pen and I was sorted. Well done to the owners excellent hotel

Conveniently located across from Heuston Station, but also in-between Phoenix Park and the terrific National Museum of History and Design, and right down the street from Smithfield and the Guinness Brewery. Mark and co. were accommodating hosts, quickly resolving a cold shower issue and allowing me to store baggage after I checked out.

The manager John and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for them to do. The hotel also has an excellent food menu, value for money including 2 for 1 on certain days and times. The breakfast in the morning was cooked to order and fresh, including vegetarians options.
