  The Dylan is a fantastic hotel, the lovliest hotel we have ever stayed in. The interior and exterior are fabulous and it was extremely comfortable. The staff were delightful and we will definately go back. I can't wait! - Great staff who took care of our every need. Very luxurious rooms.

  I recently stayed at pearse hotel with 2 friends who I havnt seen in a long time so in order to have a catch up we decided to go to the olly murs concert and this hotel seemed perfect. The lady on reception was extremely helpful as we got lost but she was more that happy to help us, she was also very polite and welcoming when we arrived and organi... what people say » sed our taxi to the gig as we were running a bit late. There was also a guy in the bar who brought our room service to out rooms and when we came down - Staff were very accomodating,as two young people most hotels assume we will be noisey,they did their very best to treat us equally and were very polite and proffesional at all times,there was a bit of a mix up with our booking when we arrived they did not have our booking on the computer but the gent at the reception was most helpful and fixed us a room immedietly even giving us the best room in the hotel for the same price it was relaxed and we felt very welcome i would definatley stay here ag

  I thought the staff at this hotel were most friendly and helpful. Theyordered taxi's for us and even booked a restaurant in the city as we didnot wish to eat in the hotel.   My friend and I arrived at around 10.20am, we were soaking wet from the morning downpour and there was a twin room ready, they checked us in straight away. The bar was lovely, great service and reasonably priced, tasty food. We went to Dublin for a concert, if we had to go again, we would def stay at the Mount Herbert Hotel again.
