Nice hotel. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. They gave me a free upgrade to a suite. Stayed here a couple of times now and would keep going back. Centrally Located, Very Comfortable, Spotlessly Clean, Nicest Room (Suite) I was in. Thanks. we loved the hotel. Very modern and clean! The hotel is located in a clean and quiet area, but within an easy walk to the centre of Dublin. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. We would certainly book here again. The customer service was excellent and the leisure facilities were great. Room was spotless. The only problem was the elevator to the car park was broken (no stairs), and we were told we had to walk in the pouring rain to the car park, which was a good distance away. We got soaked!. room overlooking another building. €15 for breakfast was a bit expensive.Hard to get parking in hotel car park if arrive in evening but nearby parking available. Found it difficult to find, no sign posts to where it was located in IFSC. the guest computer was really slow and hard to get on at times,. just little things that didnt really spoil are stay. we should have had chocolates in the room but didnt and the wind whistled through the bedroom window.room service. I filled in the hotel comment card and referred to the chairs in the lounge/bar area. Most uncomfortable - so bad for posture and not suitable for eating - height of tables vis a vis the height of the chairs.Bar service: for €16.10 I got a generous glass of mellow house red wine; a miniscule glass of white wine, far less than a miniature bottle size; a pint of Guinness with a ludicrous amount if froth topping too little beer. Did not want to spoil my good mood by complaining, but at these prices one deserves better. for the price the breakfast could be included. paying for parking the car. Nothing about the jacuzzi being unusable.bed a little hard. Thought it was a bit expensive for what was available.Pool area wasn't very appealing and no jacuzzi working. Price of Breakfast. Yes we booked a double and got two singles shoved together. It was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept in. A hotel claiming to be one of the best it is a disgrace. I booked it because we decided to spend a bit extra and have a really relaxing weekend in a hotel. We were sadly mistaken and disappointed. I've stayed in nicer youth hostels.Bar staff couldbrush up on their interpersonal skills......one was very rude. On the other hand, dealing with reception is very positive. television did not work for the duration of the stay, no compensation offered. breakfast very highly priced, average in meal. Bar Staff very slow didnot care about customers waiting at bar only took one order at time. Bath/Shower did not work in our room.Management very good. I booked this hotel for my parents as a gift. They did not stay in thehotel but in a self contained apt across the road. I am not happy.
