  I loved the way the staff got to know us and took such great care of us . The villas are just beautiful with such attention to detail . They are clean and spacious with stunning pools . It was my 50th birthday and the staff made a fuss of me .   From the moment we felt warmly welcomed by the delightful man with one of the sunniest smiles I have ever seen! Staff at the desk were helpful, professional & welcoming as were the staff in the dining area with a welcoming drink.This was by the way absolutely delicious!   My husband and I were there for 11 days with my 2 daughters, their husbands and babies. I like that it is a small establishment with cottages and rooms. Rooms are spacious with a small fridge. Small but adequate and pleasant pool where we spent a lot of family time. This is a quiet place in a small lane but not far from the main street. All sta - The staff is very nice and easygoing. The rooms are spacious and have a balinese-style patio. Bed has a useful mosquito net. It is not located on the main road of Sanur but it is a plus as the hotel is very quite in the evenings. Breakfast included with very good banana pancakes or eggs and juice/tea. Nice swimming pool but almost always in the shadow as there are many trees that cover the sun. Safe not in the room but in the lobby.

  We absolutely loved PTD. The hotel was more like a spa resort with a kind of fairytale/cottage village kinda look. It has a tranquility vibe all over it. Our stay at PTD was fantastic. We stayed for 5 days and it was lovely. The staff is friendly and the room is very clean. We are not a demanding couple but we're used to a certain kind of comfort ... what people say » and PTD delivered! We came and enjoyed ourselves very much. And the most important part; we found a lot of peace and quiet there. The beach and centr - The 'hotel' is actually a collection of beautiful little wooden cottages set in a garden of tranquility and gorgeous flowers. The hot yoga studio and spa draw non residents as well as guests and both contribute to the overall sense of peace and indulgence. The staff could not be more helpful or charming and their standard of service was excellent. I was given complimentary yoga sessions and a massage - thankyou, I loved both! I met my daughter who was travelling in Bali and she came and joined

Fantastic 'DIY' bbq where all we had to do was cook and eat, the staff provided all food and cleaned up after!

  Everything! First of all the staff is amazing. Managment is equally amazing, they will help you with whatever you need. I have stayed at numerous 5 star hotels but I have never experienced better staff then the Zen Villas.They are never in the way and they are genuinly kind people. I was pleasently suprised overall and if you are looking for a place to stay a couple of days to fe - The villa was spacious and full self-contained which was perfect for us with a small child. The Zen Villas provide a baby pack that includes a cot, highchair and utensils which I highly recommend getting. The villas were very private and secluded and we really felt like we had our own little oasis away from the busy streets, we looked forward to coming home at the end of each day and relaxing in our private pool.   My friend and I had never been to Bali and wanted to stay at a quiet, hassle free location. The Parigata resort and spa was exactly that. It was very clean inside the room and around the grounds. Staff were friendly and always happy. We could exchange money at the resort and it actually had better rates than most places.
