  The location of the hotel is just perfect. The Mall is in walking distance (10-15 minutes) but "around the corner", which means that the surroundings of the hotel are completely quiet. From a doorman to front office were really excellent. Driver, room service , house keeping all are well trained. @ rate of 3 star you can get a feel of 5 star. I would like to name front office team Nidhi and Priyanka these are excellent in work. My compliments to them.

  We had spent some time travelling around West Bengal for three weeks prior to our stay so the easy greeting and check in was great. All the staff that we spoke to seemed genuinely concerned about whether or not we were enjoying our stay.
